Publicly funded Regional Construction
Frameworks dedicated to serving the Midlands and East of England.
The Regional Construction framework offers 11 delivery partners, dedicated to serving the Midlands and East of England.
Each partner has been selected via a rigorous selection process and have demonstrated an exceptional level of local knowledge and experience.
Our Regional Construction delivery partners are committed to partnership working, innovation and have evidenced that they are equipped to deliver a range of public sector projects with the support of a trusted local supply chain.
Their expert teams are ready to deliver refurbishments, small works, extensions and repair projects through to new build schemes up to a project value of £5m across all sectors, to help meet the needs of your local community.
At the same time, to support your local economy and to help create opportunities across the region, we will ensure that 20% of your total budget will be spent within 10 miles of each site, 40% within 20 miles and 75% within 40 miles, as well as 10% of subcontracted spend to be placed with micro businesses.
Each project will be subject to a rigorous performance management regime, which requires the highest standards of efficiency and customer satisfaction. A social value report will be produced for every project, compiled in association with Social Value Portal, to include robust data capture on local employment and skills, community health and wellbeing, protecting the environment and promoting social innovation.
To further embed our commitment to social value, your delivery team will also work with a local social enterprise on every project.
So, as well as knowing your project will be delivered on time and on budget, you can be confident that social value will be planned and measured, from design to delivery.
