NEW Scotland Civil Engineering framework
We are pleased to announce that we have submitted a Prior Information Notice to procure our next generation Civil Engineering framework serving the length and breadth of Scotland, which is fully compliant with Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
Following an extensive market consultation period, the latest enhancements to the framework have been designed to drive local economic recovery and enable our clients to deliver their critical climate emergency and environmental targets. The framework will empower public sector organisations to shape their civil engineering and infrastructure projects, whilst offering leading delivery partners, contracts and performance measurement, without compromising the accelerated direct award model that we operate.
The framework, managed by SCAPE Scotland, will operate for a period of four years until 2027, with an option to extend for a further two years, until 2029.
It will be open to bids from individual organisations, consortia, joint ventures or other similar arrangements, with a single entity being appointed to the framework.
The cumulative value is expected to be £750m over the duration of the framework.
