Senior appointment to build on successful Shareholder relations at SCAPE

We are delighted to announce the recent appointment of Victoria Musgrave as our Shareholder Account Manager.

Joining SCAPE with 18 years’ experience in local authority, Victoria will be responsible for ensuring our shareholders continue to achieve a high-quality service, best value, quality, and consistency through our frameworks.

Victoria has extensive expertise in public sector procurement, including experience in the use of the SCAPE frameworks. She also has extensive experience in managing internal and external stakeholder relationships to ensure successful project delivery.

Recently, a significant project for Victoria included working with SCAPE and our partner Willmott Dixon to support the delivery of Leicestershire County Council's new waste transfer station. It is set to process c.60,000 tonnes of waste per year and was built to maximise efficiency, resilience and environmental benefits.

In her new role at SCAPE, Victoria will help to develop and strengthen the successful relationships with our Local Authority shareholder clients, working collaboratively across the SCAPE Group to identify opportunities in line with the agreed business strategies. With a breadth of knowledge in the public sector to lean on, Victoria will be a key part of their procurement journey, understanding their unique requirements and challenges. With the support of the wider business, she will also act as a trusted advisor, providing them with expert guidance around compliance, property, legal and finance.
