Meet Caroline Compton-James, our newly appointed Deputy Chief Executive, who will drive our company's growth and strengthen our strategic capacity.
Caroline formerly held the position of Public Sector Director at Osborne, where she orchestrated strategic initiatives in the residential and education sectors. Prior to this, she served as the Head of Construction at the Cabinet Office, expertly collaborating with various government departments to implement the Government Construction Strategy.
Caroline will be collaborating closely with our Group Chief Executive (GCE), Mark Robinson, with a specific emphasis on expanding our framework capabilities, elevating overall performance across the SCAPE Group, and elevating the standard of customer service given to our valued clients across the UK.
