Louise joined SCAPE in February 2021 following a career with a tier 1 contractor managing frameworks and client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery across SCAPE projects. She brings with her significant experience working as a client account manager within the construction and facilities management sector.
As Framework Manager, Louise will work with clients and delivery partners to maximise client experiences and, working in collaboration, ensuring framework governance and process is followed. Delivering outstanding client experiences is important to Louise to increase client retention.
