Paula supports the operational direction of the SCAPE suite of frameworks, heading up a team of framework managers who ensure our clients receive the best experience and the best outcomes for their projects. Paula has been working in the public sector since 1992, and joined SCAPE in May 2017, following a long and successful career with South Yorkshire Police.
Paula is a qualified Project and Programme Manager, with experience working across a number of operational policing areas including collaboration and transformational change. Having delivered significant volumes of capital works during her blue-light service, Paula now works closely with clients, colleagues and partners to share knowledge and best practice and promote the benefits of collaboration through our frameworks.
