Rachel is responsible for the management of the SCAPE Scotland Frameworks, working collaboratively with delivery partner’s and clients to ensure the best outcomes for their projects whilst also ensuring that framework governance and process is followed.
Rachel has over 8 years experience working in the construction industry. Prior to joining SCAPE Scotland, Rachel worked as a Consultant Project Manager delivering construction projects of varying sizes and complexity for public sector clients.
