Steve is a chartered quantity surveyor who joined SCAPE in 2013 following considerable experience in local government. He deals with performance information and undertakes audits of all SCAPE’s delivery partners to ensure that project performance data is consistent and accurate. Steve believes strongly in SCAPE’s collaborative working ethos and the role that performance management can play in driving continuous improvement.
