- Developing people | We will leave a legacy for our people and communities by standardising learning and development across the framework, and by delivering 30% of our project contract value in social value.
- Digital and Innovation | On all projects we undertake, we will ensure a digital-first approach, including the creation of a best practice sharing platform.
- Carbon reduction | We commit to year-on-year reductions in carbon output, working towards CHAMPION level compliance with the Carbon Reduction Code for the Built Environment.
