About SCAPE

SCAPE is a frameworks procurement organisation, owned through a public-sector partnership, that helps to improve the buildings that we use, the roads we travel on and the places we live. As a team, we seek to “create a world everyone deserves”, and this purpose drives every single activity, service, and strategy. But we're more than just a public sector procurement organisation, we're continuously evolving.

This is an exciting time to join our business, which has grown significantly during the past five years, serving over 1000 clients across the UK, working with over 30 delivery partners, providing services with a value in excess of £12bn. We're now looking to strengthen our offer to customers and are seeking to recruit a client relationship manager (North East) to deliver our growth aspirations.

Values and behaviours sit at the heart of how we work together and provide a framework on how to approach our work and working relationships.

About the role

In this role you will develop and manage relationships with clients, to continue sustainable growth and margins for the business. It's based from home, with travel covering the North East.

You'll also monitor and regulate regional partner processes and performance to ensure consistency, quality and value for money to our clients.

Through proactive engagement and monitoring of project progress, you will ensure that clients achieve successful delivery of their programmes. Your experience in client relationship management, public sector, and ideally construction, civil engineering or consultancy, will underpin your drive in developing an effective strategy for sustainable business growth, as well as creating value for money for our clients.
