The Digital Content Lead is responsible for the production, curation, acquisition, and publication of value-added, digital-first content for SCAPE and its subsidiary businesses (Arc Partnership and Lungfish Architects). This role is to cover maternity leave (37 hours a week) for approximately 9-12 months.

About the role

  • Manage the content ecosystem within SCAPE by planning, managing and delivering internal and external activity.
  • Take ownership of the messaging contained across all websites, social media and award and bid submissions.
  • Produce graphical content and work within templates to support the team with operational design requirements.
  • Maintain a keen eye on industry wide initiatives and identify hot topics, white space content and collaborative opportunities.
  • Develop and manage the delivery of the SCAPE, Arc Partnership and Lungfish Architects social media calendars across agreed channels and platforms.
  • Nurture a strong creative writing ability, translating complex and technical information into engaging and easy to digest content.
  • Proactively develop and revisit digital and social content over time, ensuring a bank of evergreen information that is optimised to support SCAPE and subsidiaries SEO strategy and digital footprint growth aspirations.
  • Maintain oversight of incoming delivery partner generated content and opportunities, making sure online destinations are kept refreshed and current.

About you

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar digital content position, developing and implementing multichannel content marketing strategies.
  • Deep knowledge of content production for digital specific channels and an understanding of core SEO fundamentals.
  • Excellent copywriting skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well with a broad range of people, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to organise and manage a complex and multifaceted workload and library of assets using initiative as required.
  • Qualification through Chartered Institute of Marketing Certificate or similar.
