The Digital Marketing Lead is a new exciting role responsible for maximising SCAPE’s digital marketing assets and creating digital marketing campaigns to support new product launches and capabilities for SCAPE and its subsidiaries, Arc Partnership and Lungfish Architects.

About the role

  • Responsible for the ongoing management, maintenance and development of SCAPE’s digital asset suite.
  • Review performance, usage and the wider analytics of all web pages, developing clear and consistent updated planning tools.
  • Measure and report performance on all digital marketing campaigns, and asses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers to understand key topics, areas of development and the opportunities for digital platforms and content to promote the SCAPE brand.
  • Take a proactive leadership role in the progression of SCAPE’s strategic digital aspirations and make recommendations to support business objectives.
  • Working collaboratively with the Marketing Campaigns Partner, Marketing Projects Partner and the Digital Content Leads, plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Keep abreast of new techniques and technology which will maximise SCAPE’s marketing mix, to provide digital marketing counsel to stakeholders and colleagues to improve their digital skills, content and campaigns.
  • Act as the main point of contact with our retained digital development agencies, including SEO support and other services as required.

About you

  • Demonstrable experience in digital marketing (client side, agency side, consultancy or similar creative digital agency experience) to create and deliver multi-layered digital marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Highly organised, efficient, and able to work at pace, with demonstrable digital marketing experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well with a broad range of people.
  • Excellent written communications skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Degree or other relevant professional qualification / experience.
