The Head of Category Management is one of three new roles created to support our ambitions and deliver transformational change for the business.

Your new role
As the Head of Category Management, you will lead and develop the national and regional frameworks for SCAPE. Working with the senior management team you will seek to drive further collaboration, efficiency and innovation in the category management operations ensuring the best positioning and performance for SCAPE across the UK. You will also seek to drive transformational and digital change . You will ensure that SCAPE receive a great performance from the delivery partners adding value to the projects delivered to our clients.

What you'll need to succeed
A strong commercial acumen is essential for the role ideally combined with a background in a construction related environment. You will have experience in managing supply chain relationships as well as management of multi-million-pound projects. You will have proven experience of delivering transformational change and implementing digital change and new tools to drive improvements in service delivery for clients. You will ideally be chartered or the equivalent within a construction or procurement discipline.
