The Head of Client Management is one of three new roles created to support our ambitions and deliver transformational change for the business.
Your new role
As the Head of Client Management, you will lead the client facing function of SCAPE and play a pivotal role in the future growth and development. You will ensure excellence in customer service delivery, driving improvements to ensure that all client facing contact offers added value to differentiate the SCAPE offer and experience. You will develop and maintain strong working relationships with all framework delivery partners driving high standards of performance and partner engagement.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have significant experience in developing strategic business relationships to achieve growth and improvement plans. You will have experience of leading and ensuring exceptional customer service as well as the ability to develop innovative solutions in a client facing service. You will have experience in a senior management role and knowledge of the construction industry.
